MENNONITE CENTRAL COMMITTEE-GO HERE TO MAKE DONATIONS

I have been in touch this morning with one of the coordinators of the MCC here in Manitoba, a province with strong ties to the Belizean and Mexican Mennonite communities, and have passed along the NEMO preliminary needs list. I have a great deal of respect for this organization and have had dealings with them before. They are doers, not talkers and have one of the best ratios going for relief delivery vs. monies for administration. Too many agencies are top-heavy when it comes to wasting money on admin. This agency is not one of them.

I would urge anyone reading this to get on their website and contribute monies for the Belizean relief efforts.
