HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

For about the last couple of weeks everytime I go to get in I am having trouble with the password. Keep getting told that my password does not match the user name and have a new one sent to me. Next time I come a visiting I am not logged on and when I try the system does not like the password.
Got another new password this morning and was able to get on but now I want to change my password back to a password that I could/maybe/perhaps/likley
remember.
I went to the control user panel but nowhere do I see where I can change the password to one that I make up.
Am I still asleep, having a nightmare or just plain blind.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,
krc

Sorry KRC, wish I could help. Maybe sitting tight and waiting for the admin to wakeup and log on might help.

I was going to do my own "helppppppp" post yesturday on another computer issue. Seems all my Belize pics have been lost in the computer. When I go to the Adobe picture downloader/organizer I see the pics, when I try to transfer them to my external harddrive (which I thought I already did) it says it cannot find my pics. I've tried downloading again, but it says they have already been downloaded.

Good luck to you......'cause I'm still waiting for mine.

Krc, first click on "user control panel" link above the first post on this page. Once there select first Profile tab on top, then "account settings" in the column of options on the left side. Then you should see a box where you can type in your new password.

Anita, you have to find where Adobe keeps your pictures on your computer hard drive. Look for "options" or "settings" in the program and it should show you where they are. Then you can just find that directory in the WINDOWS Explorer and manually select and copy files to the external hard drive. Most likely the pictures are stored in some folder (like "My Pictures"in "My Documents" but I wouldn't bet on it.

You guys should be proud of me, only taken me till this morning to get back on the board.

It appears that the fact that you lose brain cells as you age might just be true in my case.
