Get-Together for Forum Members?

Thank you Zelda I don't think Deb's mother is long for this world; she says she's tired of it...which to me means she's given up. Anyway Deb doesn't want to leave her now which is understandable. She's not likely to improve. We discussed my going it alone to Bz to travel about, find a place & etc. She knows I'm chomping at the bit to go, so we'll see what happens. I have a lot of things that I need to take care of here first.

my sister and I traded off half-weeks for three years with our mom, doing live-in hospice care.

ALAS, we missed the Ruta Maya meet-up at Kenni's, some kiddings got in the way, just as I predicted, LOL

both Leeloo and Alia had twins that week.... and I forget which one on that very day...

however, we did get to see Kenni a couple of times, and even managed two visits to the Roadhouse in Bullet Tree.

girl-talk is so much fun... hanging out with animals all day, I forget sometimes.

on Wednesday afternoons the Roadhouse has an ex-pat group meetup, attendees vary, it's lively and noisy, and much Belikin is consumed by those present... music plays, and people travel from table to table (lol, there's what, six?)

they have a small trading library, a four-stool bar, and a cafe offering simple foods like burgers, salads 'n' such.
